Benny was born and raised in Southeast Texas, and has been active in ministry for much of his life. He began seeking the Lord in earnest during his teenage years; receiving a call to ministry at the age of 14, and was invited to preach his first sermon to his church youth group when he was 15 years old. He has served in many areas of ministry over the years, and is currently serving as the Financial Pastor of The Church Triumphant. Additionally, he serves alongside his wife as Family Pastors, and serves on the boards of two churches.
As a young child he loved camping, fishing and just being outdoors. He was raised in a family of bird hunters, and was introduced to duck and goose hunting at an early age. It wasn’t until his teenage years that he was finally introduced to whitetail hunting; a passion that he still enjoys. When he is not actively serving in the church, he loves to spend his time with his wife, his two sons, and his daughter. In His Sight Outdoors gives him the opportunity to merge his passion for the outdoors, with his love of God, and a desire to help others.
